For one minute of conscious breathing with Anamargret

Come explore ancient techniques using the breath to reduce stress and anxiety,
while increasing energy and mental clarity.

Please join us for this 4-week series and learn how to use ancient practices to tap into
the broad healing benefits of conscious breathing.

Anamargret is an extensively trained student of the yoga tradition.  In addition to frequently teaching on platforms such as Yoga International and Omstars, she also leads meditation and yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training programs in the U.S. and abroad. She has been blessed to study the yoga tradition with highly respected teachers, including Rod Stryker, Manorama, T.K.V. Desikachar, Sarah Powers, and Judith Lasater. She considers the Himalayan Institute, under the spiritual direction of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, as the home of her Tantric yoga lineage, into which she was initiated in 2003. Anamargret is passionate about honoring the roots of yoga and the ancestors that have passed down the teachings to us.  She sees passing on these teachings as a privilege and her greatest calling.
