Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

8 Week Mindfulness Training

This eight-week program provides guided instruction in formal mindfulness meditation techniques, including relaxation, gentle stretching, and class discussion. Our instructors are University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness trained facilitators, presenting this training based on the program originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Guided recordings are provided for establishing a home practice, which is strongly recommended to experience the full benefits of this program.
