What is Meta-Energetics?


Meta-Energetics is a systemic innovative touch technique used with Neurolinguistic Psychology (NLP) and other counseling techniques, which enable work to be done at the mind/body level. These techniques are the result of years of research conducted by Janet Konefal, Ph.D. With its basis in acupuncture, Meta-Energetics utilizes the body’s electrical system so that people can see and hear things more clearly, resolve defensiveness and overcome limiting patterns. Focusing on communication and behavior change, Meta-Energetics helps facilitate specific goals by resolving negative emotional states and modifying perceptual patterns with incredible efficiency.

Meta-Energetics Trainings


Courses are offered 2-3 times per year. Your instructor will be the founder and developer of Meta-Energetics, Janet Konefal, PhD, MPH, AP with more than 25 years of experience in the field. Her success with clients covers areas as diverse as dealing with potentially catastrophic illness (cancer, AIDS, etc), curing phobias, and facilitating success and fulfillment in personal life as well as business.
