Neuro-Linguistic Psychology
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (NLP) has practical and effective tools designed to change unwanted behaviors, achieve personal excellence, enhance communication skills, provide leadership, and to reach goals. These techniques can be used to improve all areas of your life from business to relationships, self-esteem, traumas, and phobias.
NLP systematically explores, describes, and teaches patterns of human perception, information processing, behavior, and communication. This helps to eliminate those that get in your way and strengthen those that move you toward excellence. NLP aids you in understanding the often startling differences of “reality” among humans.
You will learn how to:
- Elicit resourceful states
- Communicate effectively
- Establish effective rapport
- Achieve desired behavior changes
- Understand other’s model of the world
